Now hunting with your dog in the great uplands of the US of A is REALLY American. And because the US decided not to be a party of the International Criminal Court in which the US (apparently ironically) helped create and is not to be confused with the International Court of Justice, Mr. Dick Cheney and this cartoon character are both not war criminals.
